Thank you for your interest in American International College’s off-campus Master’s and CAGS programs. All of the application and registration materials that you will need to be admitted into the program are included in the steps below.
As a reminder, American International College strictly limits enrollment in each program to 27 students and accepts reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
To reserve your seat in a cohort we will need your application, $50 application fee, and copies of all valid teaching licenses (if currently licensed). These items are found in Steps 1-3 and can be completed by clicking the gray button after each step.
Reserving a seat does not mean you have been formally accepted.

Please complete steps one through three to reserve your seat in the cohort:
STEP ONE Application for Graduate Admission
Complete and submit the cohort application by clicking the button to the right.
STEP TWO Application Fee
To submit your non-refundable $50 application fee, please print and complete the application fee form by clicking the button to the right. You can also submit your application fee by calling the Graduate Information office at 800-540-9749.
STEP THREE Teaching License
If you are currently licensed, a copy of all teaching licenses are required. To obtain a copy, you may log into your ELAR profile at https://www4.doemass.org/auth/login.
Once your seat has been reserved, please follow the remaining steps to complete your admissions file:
STEP FOUR Financial Aid and Payment Options
Determine how you plan to pay for the program: Financial Aid or Pay-As-You-Go.
If using Financial Aid, Complete the FAFSA online. It is in your best interest to complete the financial aid process as early as possible.
If using a Pay-As-You-Go plan, click the button to the right for more information.
STEP FIVE Recommendation Forms
Request to have two Graduate Recommendation Forms completed. Please click the button on the right to download and print the recommendation form.
STEP SIX Statement of Career Goals and Objectives
Write a one-page statement explaining your goals for pursuing graduate work in your selected area, and how this degree will help you attain your personal and career goals.
STEP SEVEN Official Transcripts
Arrange for all official, sealed transcripts from every post-secondary institution that you have attended to be sent to the address below.

STEP EIGHT Massachusetts Test for Educator Licensure Results
MTEL scores are required if you are applying to any initial licensure program. Clicking a button to the right will take you to a form where you can access your ELAR profile to view test history or register for an MTEL test.
